1. Prepare your XML feed. Here you can find Getintent requirements for it.
2. Assign the advertisering site with XML feed. 
   2.1 Go to Sites → Create a new site
   2.2 Fill Site URL and Feed URL fields with relevant links.
   2.3 Choose relevant Feed format
3. Create a Dynamic creative.
4. Select a created Dynamic Creative in your campaign settings.
5. Assign your campaign to advertising site and feed.
